Back way to Crown King run 05-03-2008
It is the 6 month anniversary of the
Crown King run and this time we will start in the evening since it is summer
time already! This time we will put our KC's to use and hope not to have
anyone take any damage. This is a 2.5 trail and most would call it less.
Last time we had a few guys (including me) running stock suspension and
tires and had no trouble at all so no worries if your new to this thing!

Meet Place: Mcdonald's
parking lot at Carefree Highway and the I-17 (Carefree Highway is just 15
miles from north of Phoenix)
Description: Back way to
Crown King in the evening, rated 2.0 - 2.5 on a 5.0 scale. Stock vehicles
are fine with an intermediate driver or spotter, many have done this with
ease stock. After the run we can meet up at the bar if you prefer and have a
drink or two before heading home. I will also be handing out some all new AZ
Jeep Club decals and magnets for all members who show up on this run!

March 22nd - Table Mesa Night Run!!!
Next Meeting: 20 mi North of Phoenix, Table Mesa Road on the I-17
Time: Saturday, March 22nd 8:00 PM
Description: Meet up at the I-17 and Carefree highway Mcdonald's Parking lot.
About 30 minutes from Phoenix Email Admin@AZJeepClub.com for any questions.
This run will be dark, KC lights help! We will be trailing for a few hours maybe more at night this time to try out our lights and something new to the club. Table Mesa Road we are all familiar with and it is really close to town for all who live in the Phoenix area. I would say it is a scenic drive but you won't be able to see much this time!!!

Description: Meet up at the Mesa Monastery for the wedding / reception. Don't damage anything if you park on any obstacles in on or around the Monastery! Good food and drinks at the guests expenses, its a cook it yourself type of place so you go wrong its your own fault heheh...

This is an all day run through Box Canyon and to the Coke Ovens and back through, very scenic and about a 2.5 rated trail. Stock Jeeps should be fine and I will be bringing mine so if you are worried just follow me!

Quick Snow Run December 16th at Schnebly Hill Road
Side Meeting: We are to meet up at Schnebly Hill Road East off of the I-17 on Sunday the 16th, 2007
Time: Meet at the turnoff at 10:30 AM - We head out at 11:00 AM
Alternate Time: Meet at the Carefree Highway and the I-17 Albertson's at 9:00 AM - (Ultimately meeting at 10:30 at the turnoff)
Description: We are just going to see some snow, not much off roading but just having fun. The trail will lead all the way into Mormon Lake, but it depends on how long we want to be driving vs. messing around in the snow some.

Second Meeting: Back way to Crown King run. Meet at the Albertson's parking lot in the northeast corner of the I-17 and Carefree Highway

Description: Will have mud this time, it is to rain Friday and Saturday, there are plenty of bypasses for the harder parts of the trail. Stock vehicles shouldn't encounter any problems.
